I deliberately coach a small group of people. That way everyone gets a personal approach.

## Background

- **Belgian bench press champion and general heavy lifter:** Not just learned from a textbook.
- **Years under the bar:** Squat, bench and deadlift. Trained it all, made the mistakes myself.
- **PT certification in progress:** Practice first, the theory is being added now.

## For who

### Beginner

New to strength training? We build a solid base first, with technique that is right from day one. No fear of forcing something.

### Experienced

Been training for years? Train smarter, get stronger, and keep squatting, benching and deadlifting without injuries.

### Bring your training partner

Already training together? Come together. I also teach you to watch each other's form, so you can correct each other when I am not standing next to you.

## How it works

I will not stand next to you every day. I teach you to train without me.

1. **Intake:** We go over your goals and look at how you move and lift.
2. **Program in the app:** You get a personal program in my tracking app.
3. **Train on your own:** You train independently, at your own pace, wherever you want.
4. **Weekly check-up:** One hour together: technique, feedback and adjustments where needed.
